Lisa Humby

The Manager at Sparsholt is Lisa Humby, who has worked in childcare for over 15 years. Lisa has just completed her BA Honours in Early Years. Lisa loves everything about Farley, especially the variety of the opportunities available for learning outside and being part of an innovative Nursery. Formerly Manager at Farley Steeple Langford, Lisa is the senior Manager across the three Farley Nursery Schools and is relishing the challenge of running the first Yurt Nursery in the country.

Sarah Parfey

Sarah Parfey runs a tight ship as the nursery administrator at Sparsholt. Previously Sarah worked as a forecaster for Estee Lauder and she now using those skills to coordinate the early years funding, invoicing and day to day office at Farley, Sparsholt. Sarah has 3 young children who all attend the Farley Rangers holiday club, and she is thrilled to be part of the first ever Yurt Nursery.

Steph Willetts

The Deputy Manager of Sparsholt and our Bee Garden group is supervised by Stephanie Willetts. Always looking for a fresh challenge, Steph completed her BA Honours in Early Years in 2016. Steph is always enthusiastic about working with two year olds, “Every day is a different adventure at Farley and I love nothing more than seeing the children explore and enjoy the outdoors.” Steph has recently returned from maternity, and is enjoying being able to bring her baby with her.

Dan Smith

Dan Smith is the room supervisor for Top Conker. Dan studied Early Years in London and is the Early Years Professional at Sparsholt, where he advises all of the rooms about our Early Years curriculum. “I am passionate about the outdoors and all of the learning opportunities that nature can present to us. I really enjoy the open ended possibilities that the outdoors presents and seeing the children flourish and grow in confidence in the environment around them.”

Amy Catling

Amy Catling is the under2’s Co-ordinator for Farley Nursery School, Sparsholt. Amy has just completed her BA Hons in Childhood Studies at Winchester University. Amy is now using her new found skills to enable her babies to flourish and thrive in the outdoor environment.
