Lisa Humby – Area Manager

Lisa is the Area Manager for Farley Nursery Schools. She has worked at Farley for over 11 years and started her Farley career as the supervisor of Top Conker in Farley (Salisbury).

After 2 years enjoying the challenges of Top Conker, Lisa was offered the position as Manager at Steeple Langford which had only been open for 9 months. Gary and Sue set Lisa the target to increase the number of children and staff, and of course she did! Steeple Langford increased to near capacity.

Then, 3 years later, Gary and Sue asked Lisa to take on the role of setting up and opening the new nursery at Sparsholt. Lisa absolutely thrived on this challenged, the nursery was full within the first year, and gained a large wating list and a great reputation and an Outstanding from Ofsted.

Lisa now spends her days at each of the nurseries, ensuring the smooth operating of each site and ensuring the Managers are kept on their toes!
