Two brave pupils inspire us all

We are delighted to have helped raise £15,000 for local children’s cancer charities as part of our fifteenth anniversary celebrations.
Inspired by two pupils undergoing treatment at Southampton Hospital, Farley Nursery schools organised a hugely successful FUNdraising February with staff and parents participating in events including themed dress up days, coffee mornings, breakfast baps and sponsored toddle waddles.
‘The efforts of the Farley Nursery School community were so incredible that we decided to top-up the fund-raising amount to support the good causes and at the same time celebrate our 15th anniversary,’ said a proud Sue Palmer.
The £15,000 was divided equally between the two girls.

Lily Lomas has her own Gofundme page called Lily and the Lump.
Delilah Philips nominated the Piam Brown Ward at Southampton Hospital for half her share and CLIC Sargent, the leading charity for children’s cancer, for the other half.
